Has a large dinning room table downstairs which can seat 8 easily, and another game / dinning table upstairs that can seat 4 to 6. King bedroom and a Queen bedroom upstairs. King bedroom downstairs. 1 Full bed in community rec/tv room upstairs. Guest access Entire house will be yours....2,300 sq ft. Walk down to the river...about 200 yards....fish, picnic, relax ...or build a fire in the fire pit off the decks, stay at home and relax! Drive the 10 minutes into Eureka Springs for lunch ....or have it at the house, it's all yours!! Other things to note CLEANING PROCEDURES. I thought you should know about our CLEANING PROCEDURES. We are proud of how clean we always make the house for each guests' stay. With a new virus always going around, we are always prepared to not only give a complete cleaning but will concentrate even further on disinfection to insure a safe environment for our guests. Here is what we do, and will continue to do, along with extra measures we have put in place. 1) All linens, pillows, duvets and towels are taken off site to be washed with hot water and detergent after each stay. They are all replaced with freshly washed linens. 2) All surfaces in bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, dinning tables and kitchen counters are cleaned and disinfected with bleach wipes. There will be bleach wipes available for use though out a guests stay along with soaps and cleaners. 3) The bathrooms are a three-fold task. The shower is completely wiped down with bleach wipes and disinfected. New wrapped soaps are also placed. The sink area is wiped down, cleaned and disinfected with bleach wipes. A wrapped facial and hand soap is also placed along with soap dispensers. The toilet is completely clean with soft scrub, clorox cleaner and bleach wipes. New towels, rug and toilet paper are also placed. There are extras below the sink along with cleaning supplies. 4) All dishes are washed in the dishwasher. Those dishes left out on counters are disinfected with bleach wipes as the dishes in the cabinets come straight out of the washer. 5) The floors are first swept with either a broom and/or a swiffer. They are then vacuumed. The floors are then cleaned with a mop and Bona cleaner 6) We also clean the windows, the outside table and chairs along with wiping down all indoor hand rails and outside, on the deck, with bleach wipes. I am over sixty myself have a 18 month grandchild, so I understand any concern for individuals in a high risk category. Myself, my wife and her sister, who is also an owner of the house, will be cleaning and overseeing the readiness of the house before your stay. My wife is a Nurse Practitioner with her sister also being a Registered Nurse, so there is always a medical presences when we get the house ready for the next guest. They insure that all is done to help prevent any spread of germs or virus. Of course, there is no better place to be in order to get seclusion. The two houses closest are an almost an acre away, if their even there! The two houses are vacation houses for the owners so they are rarely occupied. If y'all don't go into Eureka, you won't cross paths with anyone! Let me know if you've any other questions.
