🏡 Stay in a Restored Heritage Home in Poblacion, Makati – Built in 1933, Reimagined in 2015. Step into a piece of history at La Casita Mercedes, a beautifully restored 1933 heritage home located in the heart of Poblacion. Lovingly renovated in 2015, this spacious and airy house blends nostalgic charm with modern comfort—perfect for travelers who want a unique and memorable stay. The space BEFORE YOU BOOK: PLEASE READ ALL INFO BELOW. The house is fully NON SMOKING. Alcoholic beverages are not restricted but please coordinated with us prior to booking our home. The 1-2 female housekeepers live on site and have their own rooms, therefore expect to share some space with them.If this is not amenable to you, please do not book our home. Only the guest Rooms are air-conditioned, common areas are not. 1 room on ground level, all other rooms are on the 1st and 2nd level accesible via stairs. Pet Friendly limited to small-medium sized breeds. Limited to 2 pets, you will have to sign a Pet Agreement contract to along with pet fee of PHP500/pet/night. please have our furryfam stay in common areas (not in rooms). Pets should also house trained and with updated vaccines. Flea/Tick treatments. Our dog NOAH resides in Casita. If this will an Issue, please let us know so we can make alternative arrangements for him during your stay. Only Pay Street Parking is available. Please manage your expectations and plan accordingly to avoid inconvenience. Only the registered guests are allowed inside the home. No guests allowed without prior notice and approval from owner. WIFI SPEED: PLDT DSL fiber connection with up to 150mbps speed as promised by provider. We do not have a generator. We will not be able to refund if there is electricity outage beyond our control. ARE YOU USING THIS SPACE FOR WEDDING PREPS/SHOOTS/MEETINGS/EVENTS/? There will be fees for use of the space on top of airbnb with extra person charge of PHP1,000/head for day use guests. this applies to ang additonal person not included in the reservation. Cleaning fee is also a minimum of PHP2500 for groups. Please message us before booking so we can answer your queries Guest access Access to the guest rooms, the living room, the open-air patio breakfast nook and roof deck. The kitchen is for use of the housekeepers only but we can assist you with reheating of food deliveries, and provide plates/cutleries/glasses. You may make use of oven toaster, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle and a space may be freed up for refrigerator use. Guests must use the existing furniture only, no additional tables/chairs or catering set up allowed. Only packed food trays or food ordered in can be brought in for consumption. Filtered water provided. Other things to note You will be asked to provide a security deposit either in Airbnb or direct when you check in. Security Deposit is PHP5,000. This will be refunded after check out if no damages. We are not a hotel and does not provide daily housekeeping. Light Housekeeping/tidying up can be provided. Change of linens is provided once during a 3-nights stay. If you will be staying longer, then additional Housekeeping fee of PHP800.00 will be paid on site for full cleaning. Our water heater is solar powered. Please manage expectations. This is my family's home, where there are private items labeled and kept there - please do respect our privacy. If there are any issues, kindly inform the housekeeper and we will try to get it solved asap. This is a restored heritage house, it is not brand new, please do not expect it to be as such.
