On the ground floor: - the living room with its equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, nespresso machine...), its dining table for 6 people and the lounge/TV area overlook the 15 m2 terrace facing west - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 pull-out single bed, as well as an adjoining shower area complete the set; Please note this room is narrow for 2 adults and will be better suited to 1 adult or 2 children - a separate toilet.
