Our English style studio apartment has a truly cosmopolitan feeling! It comfortably fits two people but can sleep up to four. it is centrally located in a quiet courtyard off Viale Lecco. It's a just a 5 minute walk from the old town centre and beautiful lake. Registration number: CIR -013075 - CIM - 00439 The space The apartment is furnished with a king-size double bed, a double sofa bed, a dining table for 4, a flat-screen t.v, a fully- equipped kitchen with 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, tableware and a washing machine. There is also an iron with ironing board and all the bed linen and towels you will need. In the bathroom you'll find toiletries and a hair dryer. The studio is on the 3rd (top) floor of an old building, so there's no lift I'm afraid. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the studio. It is completely private and self-contained. Other things to note The booking payment does not include €3 (three euro) tourist tax per person per night, for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
