Walking distance to Cinemark Cinema, Starbucks, and multiple restaurants. The space Our quiet, tranquil studio has everything you need. Kitchen with medium size refrigerator and freezer, sink, coffee maker, air fryer, blender and tea kettle. Medium size stove with oven and electric cook top. Bathroom with standing shower and bidet. There is quite a bit of storage for it being a studio. There is a dresser and a stand alone closet with space to hang clothes and additional drawers . Portable A/C unit and portable radiator style heater. There is a smart TV and an Apple TV ( some apps are logged into already but guests are welcome to login to their own accounts to view content with their own subscriptions.) There is also an antenna to watch live TV. The full size bed comfortably sleeps two, the couch converts to a bed as well for extra space to relax. There is a small desk and rolling chair for a workspace. There is a patio table and chairs located outside the front door. Street parking is ample and it’s very easy to park right in front of the studio, and no street cleaning so no need to move your car. Driveway can be made available if necessary. Guest access Guests will have their own space with the studio, and arrangements can be made to use the back yard if desired. There is no parking on the premises, there is ample street parking.
