What's Included: - Fresh linen and towels once every 7 days. - ENTIRE villa private for you including pool - Onsite staff to maintain the property (pool, gardening, linens etc) - NOTE: The staff are not expected to clean the villa on a daily basis - this is an add-on service. Add-ons: - Cleaning: Our onsite staff clean the villa on alternating days. For extra cleaning days, please enquire. - Chef service: Organise chefs to cook delicious Thai or Western style meals. Inquire about cost. - Airport transfer (1200 Baht per trip: van holds 10 people + 10 luggage so you may need two transfers depending on guest count ) - Daily driver for 8 hours at 3,000 Baht (van carries 10 people). - Extra laundry: Clothes and other personal laundry can be arranged at a cost - Our onsite staff can let you know the cost depending on the quantity of laundry. This is paid in cash Baht. At the end of your stay, our on-site manager will charge you in cash (Baht) the total of your add-on bill. Please ensure you settle the bill in person in cash. Tipping is much appreciated for their services! Guest access The entire property excluding the staff quarters. Other things to note Getting here from the airport: The journey from the airport is about 45-60 minutes by taxi. We can organise a transfer for you at 1200 Baht per one-way trip. Alternatively, you can grab a taxi yourself at the airport. We recommend using 'So Thai Spa Hillside Phuket' on Maps to direct the driver - our villa is opposite it (with a sign 'Baan Sabai') NOTE: This property is ONLY available on AirBnB - it is NOT on other booking platforms.
