A cozy 26 sqm studio apartment with all the necessary furniture and appliances. The windows overlook the Gulf of Finland, in the evening there are stunningly beautiful sunsets. There is a bus to the metro station. The metro is 1 stop to Zenit Arena stadium, 2 stops to Nevsky Prospekt, Hermitage and other attractions of St. Petersburg. We will be glad to see you among our guests! The space The apartment is perfect for 2 people. But if necessary, three people can stay. A fold-out sofa for a third person. The apartment has all the amenities. Two spacious wardrobes, TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. A spacious bathroom. A large loggia. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, electric kettle. Guest access We supply our guests with bed linen and towels. Tea, coffee, sugar. All the necessary utensils. There is a Magnit grocery store on the ground floor of the house. There are three more grocery stores in the neighboring houses: Verny, Semishagoff and Pyaterochka (open from 8.00 to 22.00). From Primorskaya metro station, take bus 158 or minibus 162 - (5 min.) Stop: Baltflot Square. Walking distance from the metro along Novosmolenskaya Naberezhnaya and to the left along Morskaya Naberezhnaya - 25 min. By car 5-7 min. to the entrance to the WHD (Western High-Speed Diameter).
