The space **Space & Comfort** - **Accommodation**: The villa boasts four expansive en-suite bedrooms, each graced with a queen-sized four-poster bed. Two rooms feature convertible daybeds, perfect for families or larger groups. - **Cozy Nooks & Gatherings**: Experience the charm of the original house with its inviting dining and living areas. Socialize under the stars or retreat to intimate verandahs and pavilions for some solitude. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms available, each with a queen sized 4-poster bed. There is a daybed in 2 of the rooms which is convertible to actual single beds to accommodate further guests. There are two connecting rooms that can be used as a family suite. Each room has ample space and lovely views on the property. You will live and interact with carefully curated artifacts that we have obtained during our travels and living, including from Sri Lanka. The majority of large trees that came with the property were saved, and they provide welcome shade, animal habitat and history to the estate. **Please note that unless booking the entire villa (8 persons), there is the possibility that you will share some areas of the villa with other guests. As the villa is well spread out on grounds larger than many small hotels with a good number of spaces available, you will still be able to have plenty of privacy.** Guest rooms are arranged in 2 buildings separate from the original house dedicated to dining, living and more. There are still other inviting and intimate spaces for gathering in smaller groups or to be by yourself, including a private pool and pavilion, a breakfast kitchen and a number of verandahs. Guest access The old house is presently a generous stand-alone living space containing sitting and dining, where socializing can take place late into the night without disturbing the early birds. There is an annex with a kitchenette accessible to all guests as well as 4 bedrooms spread out across the property. This place is ideal for a group travelling together yet appreciating some space and privacy. You will benefit from an infinity swimming pool with padi views and extensive gardens, ideal for exploration and dreaming. Staff can also point out a tree that is lit by a good number of fireflies in the evening. There are no bathtubs and air-conditioning is restricted to bedrooms to respect the fact that the people of Sri Lanka are constantly facing the shortage of both power and clean water.
