Charming poolside studio

Located 1.9 km from the Palais des Festivals, direct bus, or 20 minutes' walk from the center of Cannes and 10 minutes by bus. Our villa is in a cul-de-sac, and we offer you a charming independent studio located by the pool in a very green and quiet environment. The space This studio of about 20 m² includes 1 sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom/toilet. A minimum is at your disposal, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, paper towels and toilet paper. Your rate includes linens and towels; cleaning is not included. If you wish, we can do it for €30 that you will pay on arrival. Guest access all around the pool. Other things to note The studio is on one level but is accessed via a staircase. The pool is shared with the owner and guests of the two-room apartment, i.e. 2 people.
