THE APARTMENT IS THOROUGHLY SANITIZED AT THE END OF EACH STAY. Apartment near the Cà D'Oro palace, equipped with all comforts (air conditioning - wifi, 50" smart TV, etc.) From our apartment, you'll have an enchanting view from 5 windows overlooking a typical Venetian canal. Located on the third floor in a very quiet area 150 meters from the Cà D'Oro stop, an area packed with restaurants, stores, and supermarkets open until late at night. The space The apartment consists of an open-plan living room and kitchen and an entrance that connects two large double bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms, there is also a large table equipped as a work area with a chest of drawers, a table lamp, and the possibility of connecting various devices thanks to a powerstrip that also has USB ports. A studio with a three-quarter sofa bed and a small private terrace for sunbathing or having a drink outdoors. Other things to note Please note that accommodation taxes are not included in the total price of the apartment and will be requested in cash at check-in. We will provide you with a legally valid receipt of the tax payment. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., so we have time to provide you with an impeccably clean house in perfect order. There's no problem if you arrive before check-in, however, but please inform us with a message a few days before your arrival. You can leave your luggage inside the apartment from 10 a.m. (check-out time of the previous guest) until 2 p.m. For check-in after 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., we ask for a small supplement of € 20.00; for check-ins from 10.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m. we require an extra €40.00.
