Vinophile What else would you expect on a vineyard but a cottage designed just for the wine lover in you? This 2 bedroom unit comes complete with 2 Queen beds, 2 full baths and a quaint kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, French Press, and mini fridge, all designed around entertaining. Enjoy the view of the vineyard from your front porch while sipping on some of our estate wines or perhaps gather around the fire pit or picnic areas for grilling and socializing! The space For your first day, we provide a Keurig set up; TV with firestick and Wifi. No cable but local channels with antennae. Wine and some other items available for a charge upon request prior to arrival. Guest access A community area pavilion is great for picnics, yard games or enjoying the fire pit. A community laundry room and vending is conveniently located onsite. Sheep and their guard dogs, donkeys and more onsite. Feel free to take a stroll up the gravel drive among the vines or coffee on your deck, a great morning ritual! Our tasting room at the Event Center will be available August 2018 to offer lite bites and wine with large patio views and other activities coming! Production tours available by appointment made prior to your visit. Other things to note Please note that the Ballroom area of our beautiful Event Facility is strictly for private events. During rentals at the Event Center projected to open August 2018, other groups may be on the estate for an activity; however they are a distance from the bungalows. Visible but not nearby with acres of vineyards separating the two :) Bungalow guests are always welcome at the Tasting Room and patio on the East side of the facility. A few rules to ensure everyone's safety and comfort: Please, no fireworks. No campfires or open flames other than designated. No pets. No additional guests other than those confirmed on the registration. No loud music. No smoking inside the units. No campers/trailers/tents or other as of now No target shooting or discharge of firearms Please observe septic instructions Please refrain from driving off the gravel drives. Be aware during rainy periods as our sandy loam soil can become very soft and muddy. Bring boots! During the dry season, dust is common. Breezes through the property are a welcome blessing however so enjoy the private patio on each unit or up at our Event Center tasting room (open July 2018)! Please do not leave trash outside. We will gather those up as country critters love to explore the bags. Use receptacle near the pavilion for picnic trash. We are in the country so Wifi can be spotty. We do have dedicated routers for each unit. Wifi code is in a binder in the unit. We have TVs with local channels. Firestick available to borrow if desired. Please observe house rules.
