Located in Chuo Ward, Osaka City, this large private accommodation occupies three floors on the top floor of the building. Large table counter bar, system kitchen, washing machine and dryer, perfect for group and family trips! There is a manned reception in the building, so you can store your luggage before and after check-in! There are also free rental baby cots, bicycles (3 electric, 1 regular), and irons. Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, Kuromon Market, and Nihonbashi are within walking distance! The nearest station, Matsuyamachi Station, is a 7-minute walk. About 10 minutes to Umeda and Tennoji, about 20 minutes to USJ, and excellent access to Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe! Please note: Accommodation rates vary depending on the number of guests. After you enter the correct number of guests in your booking, the system will display the room fee accordingly (children under 2 years old are free, and those 2 years and older are counted as adults). Thank you for your cooperation! Guest access The 4th to 6th floors are all part of your private accommodation space. The two bathrooms on the 3rd floor are also for your exclusive use. There is a toilet outside our office on the 2nd floor that you can use. Additionally, the bicycles, washing machine, and dryer on the 1st floor are all free to use. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff. Thank you. Other things to note ▸ For safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire guesthouse. Please turn off all air conditioning and lights before leaving. ▸ When listening to music or watching TV, please be mindful of the volume, especially after 10 PM. If we receive noise complaints, the police may get involved, which could disrupt your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ▸ There is another independent guesthouse located on the 3rd floor, so please avoid running or jumping on the 4th floor if there are children staying in that unit.
