Guest access Next to your apartment with private bathroom you also have access to our common areas on the ground floor, our loft. Our loft offers a coworking area, self-service kiosk and a lounge. Feel free to just chill, watch Pulp Fiction or enjoy an after-work beer with your neighbors. Our washing salon is equipped with washers, a dryer, iron and ironing board and is accessible around the clock. During summer you can relax on our terrace in the inner courtyard of the building.
