Health dec form to be filled up upon check-in. The space Our unit is at the 11th floor of TOWER 2 facing Taal, you can slide open the glass door to let the cool air in. Great for leisure and relaxation. It has a safety railing, perfect for family with small children! Now With smart TV!!! (Netflix, you tube, etc) Kitchen & Dining: Our kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials (pot, frying pan, electric kettle, rice cooker, induction cooktop, bread and oven toaster, refrigerator, various cookwares and utensils) Our dining space comes complete with dining utensils (plates, spoons, forks, glasses, coffee cups, knives, serving spoons). Our toilet and bathroom is equipped with a water heater. We provide towels, shampoo and liquid body wash for your convenience :) We invite you to enjoy and keep our home as you would with yours. Cleaning materials like broom, dust pan, and rags can be also be used to tidy up when you need to. Our trusted caretaker, TERESA, will personally welcome you at the lobby of Tower 2 where you will be asked to register and present a valid ID. She will then accompany you to your room, give you a short tour, and a briefing of the house rules. Guest access As per directive from the property management of the condominium, certain amenities at the Wind Residences can be used with corresponding charges (swimming pools P150/head** and badminton court P200/hour** ) while some can be used for free such as the basketball court, tennis court, and the Sky Lounge (at Tower 3) with sweeping view of Taal Lake. **Please note that fees may be higher during holidays. Fees may change without prior notice. Other things to note COVID SAFETY UPDATES: We clean our space thoroughly before your stay and UV light the unit before you check in. Please wear face mask and face shield while in the premises of the building. IATF rules should be followed within Tagaytay. Bring your vaccination cards as some establishments/restaurants around Tagaytay might require you to show it.
