Cozy room with everything you need for a quiet stay. Single bed, TV, clothes rack, towel set, hair dryer and water heater for infusions. Of course, the use of common areas such as bathroom or kitchen and option to use the washing machine. Wi-Fi connection, and buses with connections to La Vaguada, University City and different metro stations that connect you in 25 minutes with downtown Madrid. The space Single room, ideal for quiet stays with the necessary amenities. Includes TV and Wi-Fi. Guest access The common areas are not for regular use except for passage areas and the patio that we use to hang clothes. During your stay I'm usually available by email, WhatsApp, and you'll probably see me in the room at some point for any questions you might have. Other things to note I have a very quiet bunny that has its cage and a tiny puppy. They do not interfere with coexistence and are very quiet.
