Fully furnished condo unit (studio type) at Avida Towers Davao. Great location within the heart of the city and just 3 minutes walk to Roxas night market, the most famous night market in Davao. Also, 4 minute walk to Ateneo , 7 minutes to Gaisaino mall, and 3 minutes walk to Aldevinco Center (famous money exchange center), and just 30 minutes away from Davao International Airport. NOTE: The pictures and the actual unit may be　slightly different as significant changes are made over time. The space The room is thoroughly cleaned by the city's leading Condominium cleaning provider. the Davao Condo Housekeeping Services, with skillful, experienced and credible housekeepers. Other things to note To our valued guests, please be advised to bring a photocopy of your passport or any valid IDs upon checking-in. The front desk requires you to surrender your valid I.D in exchange of the guest ID card. NOTE: If you will present passport as your valid ID, you must photocopy it because the front desk staff will not accept it. - 2 Guests can use the pool for FREE - 200Php fee for additional pool user. - Due to the pandemic, only 4 people can swim at the same time. Only 1 hour per person. - Pool is only available from Tuesday to Saturday. Kindly book at least 1 day before the desired date. - NO PETS ALLOWED inside the condo building - Only 3 guests are welcome regardless of their age. - Check in time: 2:00 PM - Check out Time 11:00 AM - Early check in fee is 200Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box) - Late checkout is 200Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box) Upon checking out... - Please unplug/turn off all the appliances and lights - You may just check out on your own on or before 12 noon. Just make sure to lock the door and put the key back in the key storage. NOTE: - In the event of consumption overuse, we will charge additional fees in excess of the usual bill. - Throw your garbage at the garbage chute located near the elevators. - Visitors are not allowed inside the unit. If the main guests' visitors will insist to go inside the room, we will charge for additional 300Php per person regardless whether they sleep or not.
