Pls inform me beforehand about your flight arrivals, your arrival time or check in time as soon as possible. *** CHECK-IN: You may be able to check in when you arrive before the check-in time if the house is available. If not you can enjoy the waiting area or have a cup of coffee at some local coffee shops just few steps away or you can store your luggage with me without any charge until the apartment is available. *** CHECK-OUT: Sometimes we are not at our places when you check out, pls turn off all electricites, close the door and leave the resident cards at the reception lobby. - During your stay, if you need cleaning service pls let me know, i'll arrange with a fee of $5,50 - Laundry service is not available through there is washing machine and detergent for your usage. - Kindly help to keep the resident cards and $50 will be charged if lost *** Be careful with your phone and wallet.
