Our stone house is located in the old town, a little away from the hustle and bustle, in a side street of the shopping street Carrera, near the square Campitelli / Circolo (Italian association with cafehouse). The beautiful stone house is completely NEWLY renovated and has a garden! Like many houses in the area, it was built in the late 19th century and used to serve as a house with stables. The house is heatable in the cold months and air conditioned in summer. The space On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with flat patio door into the garden. Thus, nothing stands in the way of breakfast under palm trees. On the upper floor is the bedroom with an open bathroom. The double bed is a new boxspring (200x 160) with a support. The bathroom is clad in a natural stone from the island of Brac. The name of the house "Bottelina" comes from an art project whose artwork adorns the house. The house is centrally located, everything is within easy reach. The promenade is just 2 minutes away. The city beach below the church is a 7-minute walk away. The nature reserve is easily accessible in 15 minutes.
