Great value! The space Spacious one-bedroom condo with ensuite bathroom, kitchen complete with ref, oven and stovetop. Nice layout, great for a family of 4-5. Dining table and other furnishings are custom-made for the unit. Bedroom has its own tv (local channels) and there's a smart tv at the living area with dvd player and netflix. Free wifi lets you connect easily. Separate aircon for bedroom and living, dining area. Guest access There's a swimming pool, play area that's free for guests' use during their stay. There is also a gym but there is a minimal fee (charged by operator, not host). Other things to note Home Style unit is a condo unit with an area of 46.5 sq.m. Its spacious and very comfortable. It has a queen size bed, bunk bed and chaise and can accomodate up to 5 people (additional charges may apply for extra person). Parking is available for a fee. If you need parking please inform me ahead of time so I can ask building management to reserve slot. There may be fees and additional charges. You can also opt to just pay daily parking rate at first come first served basis. Building has 100% power back up, no brownouts and water outtages. NOTE: Upon arrival. Kindly inform us of your expected time of arrival (ETA) at least a day prior to your arrival. This is to arrange appointment with property manager who will areange your easy access to the unit. If in case you fail to let us know of your arrival ahead of time, we may not be able to meet you immediately. We would like to avoid this inconvenience on your part. Check in time is preferably anytime from 3pm but if you prefer a diferent time, please let us know in advance. Check out is on or before 11am. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - 1 valid ID per guest is required to book this listing. - Check in time is flexible but by appointment. Let us know your ETA if arriving later than 3pm so there will be someone to assist you at check-in. - Additional guests: Charged Php300/head/day after second guest. Extra pillows and blankets shall be provided upon request. FAQs - Bath shower (rainshower and handheld shower) with water heater available. - Toilet bidet also available. -Basic toiletries available and fresh linen change is free (scheduled) for long staying guests. - Pay parking slot limited. Kindly check and coordinate with us for availability. - Drinking water (2 bottles per stay) shall be provided and welcome snacks. GUEST ACCESS: - Swimming pool and Play area available to guests. -Gym can be used but there is a minimal fee charged per use by operator. You pay them directly. NOTE: No dripping wet clothes inside elevator. Just a quick reminder, you need to dry yourself after using pool and before entering the elevator. This is under strict CCTV surveilance and may incur penalties if violated. For garbage, please use the provide garbage bags and bins. The unit is very clean, pest free and we want to maintain it that way. - STRICTLY NO SMOKING. (Fine Php3000) - No pets allowed. - light cooking and heating is allowed. kitchenware is provided. - Please leave kitchen always clean as to how it was upon turnover. - Do not spill water into wood floor as it will damage it. Penalty and claims on your security deposit will be done if this happens.
