The space Spacious, private, quiet, & dedicated rental home on one level is easy for elderly or guests with physical disabilities and small children. Very close to many outdoor resorts & wedding venues. Neighborhood is very safe & relaxing with only three homes on a long street. Close to restaurants, dining, & shopping. Guest access The house is a dedicated full-time rental home so guests are allowed to access the entire house. One tiny closet in one bedroom & one of the master walk-in closet built-in cabinets is kept locked for house supplies. Other things to note No real wax candle, incense burning, or any type of smoking inside the house. Propane tanks refills are guests' responsibility. Clean bbq after use or special charge of $50 applies. Property is not fully enclosed/gated for pets. Gardener has access to inside the garage.
