The space The flat where you are about to stay is brand new and fully renovated open floor studio apartment (38 square meters) with high standards and designed by famous architectures. It is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by the building’s brand-new elevator. As you can see from the photos the flat is cosy and high end with all the necessities to make your stay unforgettable. The flat is an open floor with 1 bedroom, 1 stylish living area with a fully equipped kitchen and an extremely functional bathroom. The mattress is anatomical to offer a relaxing and a comfortable sleep to all guests. The flat is ideal for up to 2 guests or a small family with a child since the sofa bed is extremely comfortable. Next, to the building, there is a square and a park and pedestrian roads with great coffee places and restaurants right in the heart of Athens.​​ A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, kitchen hobs standard cooking equipment, cutlery, Nespresso coffee and filter machine, dishes, refrigerator, etc. It is air-conditioned by a brand-new Daikin unit (total of 12.000 BTU), airy, with plenty of sunlight flowing in. The living room is spacious and cosy, with soft lighting providing a relaxed environment. Also included are the following: hairdryer, iron with ironing bed, laundry washer with drying loft, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, and plenty of storage space. Upon request for families with small children a Crib is Available (upon request) and a Baby chair also (upon request) can be provided without any extra charge. A quiet building, in a discreet neighbourhood. The apartment is fully furnished, with one double king size bed (1.60m. width, 2.10 m. length.) and another folding couch (dark grey) which turns into a 1.20 m. x 2,10 m. semi-double bed. -Free WIFI Internet access is provided to all guests. -Recommendation leaflets and subway maps will be also available for you. ​-Smoking is not allowed indoors, however, an ashtray is provided in the front of the balcony. -Please be eco-friendly by using electrical devices such as Air-conditioning when necessary -please help to keep the apartment as it was found when given. -please respect the hours our neighbour's rest. -please always feel free to ask for any guidance and/or technical assistance can be provided upon request​.
