Beautiful private villa with an exclusive pool in the Garraf Natural Park, adjacent to the Penedés wine region. Located in a very quiet residential area surrounded by nature with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Very close to the beach, in the town of Vilanova i la Geltrú, and just over 30 minutes from the centre of Barcelona. Nearby points of interest: Port Aventura (entertainment) in Salou, wine and cava wineries in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, beaches in Vilanova i la Geltrú/Sitges. The space The accommodation is spread over 3 floors. The middle floor is the main floor, where the garage, entrance hall, kitchen, living room, dining room and washroom are located. It also has direct access to a terrace with a table where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with beautiful views. On the lower floor are the 3 bedrooms and the room where the washer/dryer is located. All bedrooms have direct access to the bathroom. In addition, all the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace that faces the back of the house, where the private pool and chill-out area are located. On the upper floor, there is a studio with a sofa bed and a view of the living room. The accommodation has air conditioning and a ceiling fan on the top floor, which is the hottest in summer. There are portable fans for the rest of the house. Guest access Although the accommodation is in a small town, it has a large supermarket where you can find everything. The municipality also has a bakery with artisan wood-fired bread, a churro shop, roast chicken and prepared food establishments, a tobacco shop, bank branches, a gas station, a pharmacy, and several bars and restaurants. There is a small street market on Sunday mornings where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, cold meats and some additional items. Other things to note This accommodation can only be booked for full weeks. Check-in is on Saturdays from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is on Saturdays before 10:00 a.m. The minimum number of days to book is 7 days, but you can book as many weeks as you like. Current legislation states that all travellers staying in any type of tourist accommodation must be registered. Therefore, upon arrival, all travellers will be asked for their identification document or passport in order to complete the registration and notify the state security forces. All persons over the age of 14 must present an identification document. The accommodation rates do not include the Tourist Tax in force in the Autonomous Community of Catalonia, which must be paid upon arrival at the accommodation. The current amount is €1.75 per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights, and only for individuals over 17 years of age.
