This beautiful cottage nestled amongst other character homes in the historic heart of Devonport is perfectly situated for work or play. Just a 5 minute walk to the centre of town and a convenient base to explore everything the North West of Tasmania has to offer. The space While still retaining many character features from the outside, this cosy cottage is completely brand new inside. The cottage is fully self-contained and can accommodate 4 people with 2 luxurious bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom, chef's kitchen and a cosy living room, complete with gas log fire! The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Featuring Granite Bench Tops, Induction Cook Top and Oven, integrated Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher and a Nespresso Coffee Machine for that morning caffeine hit! A beautifully furnished Lounge Room, ready for you to watch some TV or simply curl up with a book in front of the Gas Log Fire. FOXTEL is available, provided you have your own log in credentials. Cosy & comfortable beds, complete with quality Sheridan bed linen, will make for a great nights sleep, waking up refreshed and ready for the day ahead, be it work or play. The cottage also has a purpose built Study Nook and a European Laundry complete with quality Fisher & Paykel appliances. The bathroom has been thoughtfully laid out with a beautiful free standing bath, lovely big walk in shower, complete with rain shower head. There is also ample off street parking. Other things to note One14 shares a driveway with another property. The street One14 is located in is not suitable for parking large service vehicles/trucks with trailers. If you are travelling for work purposes and are unsure there will be enough parking for your vehicle, please message before booking to confirm there is sufficient parking. Although we don’t charge extra for individual guests using both beds please advise us when booking if you require both beds. One14 is an ADULTS ONLY space.
