Lycabettus Hill Newly Bulit Penthhouse with Panaromic View of Athens! ★ Imagine looking out each day from your fifth-floor apartment across white-washed rooftops toward an ancient Athenian hillside. Think of the history and culture that surrounds you knowing you are only minutes away from most of it! This lovely and modern apartment has 95-sq. meters and is in a nice building not far from the city center. It is an ideal location from which to explore this beautiful city with thousands of years of history ingrained into it. ★ The space: ★ You will be equally pleased with the two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms that make this an ideal accommodation for four guests. (Light floods into this apartment and the doors leading to the balcony make it even nicer!) Each spacious and light-filled bedroom has a double/queen bed as well as views or direct access to the apartment's generously sized balcony. We provide all of the necessary linens and towels needed for your stay. We also include toilet paper, hangers, hair dryer, iron, and shampoo. The two bathrooms make life more convenient throughout your stay! There is also air conditioning and heating. The sunny kitchen is modern and well equipped to facilitate any cooking you might do during your stay. (But, why cook when the city is filled with excellent restaurants, tavernas, and cafes?) The kitchen's stainless steel appliances are updated and include generous countertop space for food prep, a modern cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine for clothes (and convenience). The living area is adjacent to the dining room. Both rooms offer enough seating for the apartment's guests. There is a large screened television as well as WiFi throughout the apartment. ★ The area: ★ The apartment is a few minutes from the nearest subway (Ambelokipi) and is on the eastern side of Lycabettus Hill, its cable car, and hill-top restaurant. Enjoy exploring the city's maze of tree-lined streets, cultural and ancient sites as you sample some of our city's cuisine.
