NOTE: it's an old building with 90 steps and no elevator. great opportunity to stay fit :) The space You are staying at a very special place! This is THE ONLY apartment in the Downtown and German Colony area that has a sea view from the living room, a Juliette balcony with panoramic view, a huge terrace with forest view, and all the major tourist attractions in the city are within walking distance and at the same time the apartment is very QUIET. This provides a very unique experience that can only be experienced here! :) Plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen. there is a washer, dryer and even a dishwasher so you can have a comfortable stay. You are also provided with soap, shampoo and all the cleaning products. also, there is an underground bomb shelter in the building. In the end I'd like to stress the fact that the building is just a normal old Israeli block. It isn't a Luxury building. you have 90 steps till the door with no elevator. The apartment itself is fully renovated and exactly as in the photos but the building is an old block and is not renovated. You can also see a photo of the building in one of the photos. The neighbors are middle class and working class good people. Here you will be living like a local and it is all part of this unique experience that you'll be having.
