The room has air conditioning and it’s the ideal space for groups and families. Kitchen is fully equipped and the house includes several facilities for families with babies. 2 parking spaces included for your convenience. A 10 minute walk away from the city’s main cultural and gastronomic highlights. The space The apartment is located in a building that is a landmark in the history of architecture from the 60/70 era. Architecture offices that periodically open for public visits are also on the building. It includes a suite with a double bed plus 4 twin rooms and the house has a total of 3 bathrooms. The mattresses and all bedding are extremely comfortable to allow you to enjoy your stay and have some well-deserved quality rest. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, espresso machine and kettle. Everything you need to prepare good meals.  If travelling with small children, we can provide a railing bed, baby bathtub and meal chair, stroller and several toys. Living room is 50m2 with air conditioning and a dining table that seats 12 people. All bedrooms have radiators for heating. 2 private parking spaces are also available, one of the few places in the city with this feature. The decoration offers the possibility to experience the NOS Primavera Sound festival environment all year long. The music festival, taking place every year in June at Parque da Cidade is the main music event of the city and it’s particularly known not only for the lineups but also for the attention and care given to the public’s comfort, a value we ourselves identify with aiming to give you the greatest comfort possible.
