Wonderful condo in Grand Lake, Colorado with stunning, million dollar views of Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Reservoir. The condo sits on the hillside above both lakes with easy access to the town of Grand Lake plus all nearby lakes including Grand Lake, Shadow Mtn Reservoir, Lake Granby & more. There are two bedrooms with one and 1/2 bathrooms plus a spacious living area and a fully functioning kitchen / dining area with everything you need to feel right at home!! Our condo is the perfect place to enjoy all the lake activities during the summer like boating, fishing, kayaking, water skiing / wake boarding & tubing plus other outdoor activities like hiking, off roading / 4 wheeling etc. In the winter, Grand Lake is the snowmobile capitol of Colorado and offers miles of amazing snowmobile trails and is close to ski / snowboard areas such as Winter Park and Granby. NOTE: Our community and the view was not impacted by the fires in Oct 2020. License #000546-2024 Guests have access to the entire condo! We live in Denver so there is not much interactions with guests. However we are always available to answer questions or help with anything needed to make your stay more enjoyable. The condo is located on a quiet hilltop right above Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Reservoir. The Town of Grand Lake is a 5 min drive away with anything you might need: shops, grocery, bars, restaurants, hardware store, fishing / outdoor supply stores, coffee shops and more! 30 Min to Granby Ranch 45 Min to Winter Park Local Grocery Stores close @ 7pm so plan ahead NYE Fireworks Show (Jan) Winter Carnival w/ Fireworks (Feb) July 4th Firework Show Rocky Mountain National Park - 5 Miles Kawuneeche Visitor Center Just north of the town of Grand Lake, the Kawuneeche Visitor Center welcomes visitors to the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park. Here you will find park information and maps, backcountry camping permits, exhibits, a Rocky Mountain Conservancy bookstore, park films, and ranger-led activities in season. It's recommended that you have your own vehicle in small mountain towns like Grand Lake. We have a code to access the front door so you can come and go as you please. Wifi is throughout the condo. Although we do not have cable service, there is a Netflix account logged in already. The TV is also a smart tv so you are able to connect Hulu, amazon prime etc from your personal accounts. For baby & toddler accommodations: Those traveling from DIA - we also rent licensed and quality car seats with delivery to the airport rental cars areas. Other items available: strollers, full size cribs, pack n plays etc. Please inquire about our affiliate discount. Snow is fluid during our winter months Oct-April. Although we have a service that removes snow when the fall is over 4” please be aware there may be snow upon arrival during these times. A shovel can be found inside the Landry closet if needed.
