You can watch the wildlife from the upstairs, 700 square foot, recently renovated apartment and might see deer, turkeys, eagles, foxes and a large variety of songbirds. The space Depending on the time of your you will be able to hear the spring peepers, the whip-poor-will, owls, and all the other creatures that like to make some noise. I planted a butterfly garden and flowers for the hummingbirds, and you can sit on the back porch and watch. It is a great place to relax. The main room is large and has a king size bed, a sitting area, and a dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped . Other things to note The house has a septic system and you can only flush toilet paper. Any other paper products need to be disposed of in the trashcan.
