Imagine stepping out your door, into your bindings and letting gravity do the rest. Our 3 bdrm 3 bath condo which comfortably sleeps 7 will give you this experience. Located on the Dashney Mile trail, skiers and mtn bikers of all abilities have slope side access to the lower base lodge and Kingdom Trails. Whatever you choose to do, you can always end your day with a great meal at some wonderful local restaurants and pubs and of course enjoy a beautiful Vermont sunset over the back deck. The space Our three level 1,950 square foot condo built in 2013, features free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, three full bathrooms, a cozy gas fireplace, a private deck with a grill, two parking spaces right in front an outside ski rack on the lower level as well as a bike rack for 4 to park your bikes. We can comfortably sleep 7 with two queen bedrooms on the upper level and a queen bed with pull out trundle in the bedroom on the lower level. Smart TV and family room on the lower level. Open kitchen dining and living room on the main floor. Condo is not child-proofed for infants or toddlers as there are ungated stairways. Our backdoor is located about 50 yards from the Dashney Mile Trail, which allows for ski in and ski out when this trail is open as well as direct access to the Burke Bike Park. Dashney Mile typically opens around Christmas allowing skiing directly to the lower lodge and lift. Two miles to the Kingdom Trails Welcome Center and trails if you are here for great mountain biking. Perfect for a family, couples, or a group of friends! Guest access All of the condo is accessible to guests except a small storage area on the lower level. Other things to note We have a coffee maker that uses K-cups for individual cups or grounds to make a pot. There is parking for 2 cars in the front of the unit. You can log in and out of apps with your own login information (don't forget to log out if you do that!) on the Smart TV located downstairs. From our doorstep, the Burke Mountain Hotel is a 2 mile drive or a .4 mile snowshoe where you can enjoy food drink and events at the View Pub located in the Burke Mountain Hotel. All short term renters are allowed to use the hotel facilities (pool/hot tub/fitness center) for the day pass rate of $5.00/person by checking in at the front desk. Need a break from the downhill? Be sure to check out the Kingdom Trails Nordic and Bike Welcome Center (4 miles away) or the Dashney Nordic Center (1.8 miles away) for miles of fantastic biking, snowshoe or cross country skiing trails. Ski and bike equipment can be rented at the Dashney Nordic Center East Burke Sports located right in the village (cross country and snowshoes can be rented at Dashney Nordic Center). Whether you come to Burke for the winter ski experience or the summer biking experience you will not be disappointed!
