Check in after 3 PM (earlier if no guest -- though this is a bit unusual as the apt is usually fully booked). Just arrive to the front desk and request the key as you would at a normal hotel. 24 hours -- No need to coordinate anything, I will take care of the booking for you. Check out at noon, or choose the late checkout option if the room isn't booked for the next day.
