Inspired by the old Indo-Portuguese houses, SOL SURENO which means "Southern Sun" is a stylish luxury bungalow nestled in the peaceful and fashionable green village of Assagao, close to the beaches of North Goa and its best restaurants. Surrounded by lush greenery, this elegant bungalow is well furbished with all modern facilities in a tastefully crafted space. The space Step into this charming bungalow through a balcao surrounded by a burst of colorful bougainvilleas and aromatic frangipanis. Further in is a large and airy living room with a high ceilings and french doors and windows on one side offering a view of the pool. The ground floor has two comfortable king-sized en-suite bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the pool. On the same floor is a study and library with a pull out bed and stacks of interesting books and board games. There is also a relaxing family room with comfortable couches that you can sink into and enjoy the 5.1 surround sound home theatre system featuring a 60' LCD TV and access to Netflix/Amazon Video etc. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with a breakfast counter. There is a separate utility room with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Adjoining, there also lies a powder room with a shower with quick access to the poolside. The pool bar adjoins a verandah with mosaic tiles and comfortable seating which give it a hacienda like feel. This further leads into an alfresco dining area with a barbecue grill and outdoor speakers. All outdoor sit-out areas overlook the pool, gardens and lush greenery. Ideal to entertain and bask/lounge in while experiencing the GOAN SUSSEGAD (relaxed laid back attitude) Move on to the sophisticated master bedroom and the fourth bedroom on the first floor. Step out into a forest facing balcony sit-out from the Master Bedroom - great for a sundowner. Both first floor bedrooms come with walk in wardrobes and well appointed ensuite bathrooms. The bungalow can also accommodate visiting staff in its quarters which can sleep two and has a separate kitchen/bathroom. Other things to note Our regular staff will be on their annual leave from 11th - 25th April 2020. During this time, breakfast will not be available although we will still have a full time caretaker at the property. Prices during this period have been reduced to reflect this change.
