Charming, very bright attic, completely renovated, located on the sixth floor with elevator of a prestigious building. The area is central, opposite the public garden, near the Rossetti theater and Viale XX Settembre, a large pedestrian boulevard with many bars, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream shops. In about a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza Unità, if you prefer to use public transport, in front of the building there is the stop for lines 6 to Miramare and 9 to the city's seafront. The space If you come by car, I will help you find a place on the street near the apartment, or you can take advantage of the paid parking in front of the court which is about 700 m away. For those arriving by train or bus, my attic is easily accessible by line 6 that stops in Viale Miramare next to the central station, getting off at the Largo Tomizza stop. Guest access The accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests and is located on the 5th floor of a condominium with an elevator. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present an identity document and pay the accommodation tax in cash (€2.30 per night per person).
