In a typical Toulousaine of the Chalets district, very well located, quiet on the street, private bedroom with shower room, a 5-star king-size bed offering great comfort. Access to the residence as well as to the room is autonomous with the same code (communicated during the reservation). Express breakfast is taken in the room, at the rate of 5 euros per person, to be paid directly on site. Other things to note Our property is a building like any other, with neighbors and other tenants. This is why we believe, for the comfort of all, that it is important to respect the rules of community life. That's why non-compliance with certain rules will (unfortunately) result in possible sanctions if: - There are complaints about noise pollution (€150 fine). -The number of guests does not correspond to the number of guests stated at the time of booking (supplement €50/person). - Guests smoking inside the apartment (€300 fine).
