Spindrift - beach/river house in Goolwa

This charming, stylishly furnished, open plan beach house is situated in a tranquil street in Goolwa South. It's great for kids and grandparents! Relax in the spacious, open-plan living area or head outdoors to a large, covered eating area and BBQ. The well-maintained garden has lovely lawns and is fully fenced at the back. There is a wide driveway for your car, boat trailer or RV. There are plenty of bikes, toys and games too! A short 5min stroll to the riverfront and just 1.5km to the beach. The space There are small bikes, helmets and outdoor toys in a lockable shed for our guests to use. There are at least four playgrounds within walking distance of the house and a reserve at the end of the street. A 5 minute stroll from the house will take you to the riverfront, bars and cafes. Goolwa beach is only minutes away (1.5km) by bicycle or car. A supermarket is conveniently located 500m from the house. Relax in the spacious, open-plan living area with comfy sofas, air conditioning, heating, 42 inch LCD TV, DVD, ipod/CD/radio player, DVDs/BlueRay discs and a collection of board games, toys and books. Or head outdoors to a large, covered eating area, complete with 6 person, outdoor eating set and 4 burner gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals. Let the sounds of the sea send you to sleep in any of the two queen-sized beds and 2 single beds located in three bedrooms. Guest access All areas except the main garage. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: A cleaning charge of $70 applies to all bookings. Bed linen and towels can be supplied at $15 per person. A minimum 5 night booking from mid December through until the end of January, 4 nights minimum over the Easter break (flexible if last minute availability).
