Kush Cottage is an inclusive space with a chill vibe and is 4:20 friendly. You'll find a comfy bedroom, a huge bathroom, well-equipped kitchen & warm gas fireplace! It is located in the heart of Cortez within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. As a former EMT, I understand cleanliness, and clean with organically based anti-viral products! Kush Cottage is INCLUSIVE- Cool humans of any race or ethnicity, as well as hippies, freaks, stoners, and queers are all welcome here! The space Kush Cottage is the the perfect base camp for all responsible humans to enjoy all that Colorado and The Four Corners has to offer. The cottage was constructed in 1927 and is centrally located in town. You'll enjoy a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to all the best eateries and pubs. WIFI is available within the cottage. A Smart TV is included to stream all of your favorite media. Kitchen includes dishes and flatware, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cups, mugs, bake ware, mixing bowls, and cocktail ware. There is a small window air conditioner in the bedroom only, and most summer nights dip into the 50's and will cool the house for the next day. Several fans are provided for comfort and there are two porches for chillin'-out on. There is an acoustic guitar permanently stored in the living room. The Cottage is cannabis friendly: Puff, puff, pass! No pets. Guest access Guests have unrestricted access to the ENTIRE HOME: including a front porch, rear porch and large fenced yard. Street parking directly in front of Cottage on both streets. No parking restrictions! RVs, and vehicles with trailers of any size are OK to park too! Other things to note Check-in is ONLY by onsite access to a lock box containing the house key. A SPARE front door key is located inside the home, in the glass cabinet, for your use.
