Driving up the drive and around back to the circular driveway, you'll feel like you've entered an English country manor home. Classic elegance with a warm, homey atmosphere awaits you in this almost 100-year-old home located close to everything in Butler, Pa and only 40 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh. Included in this rental is a second floor private bedroom with two twin beds, and parasols dreamily hanging overhead. A full bath is next door, only shared with guests from one other room. There is an extra charge of $15 of each additional person if more than one guest. Additional rooms are available for rent. Unfortunately AirBNB makes us list each room on a separate listing. We can accommodate in all three rooms a total of six guests. A private bath with shower is steps away. The third guest room, https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/19100957?preview_for_ml , has a queen size bed and is a pale seashell pink with an antique hand painted mural border. Both second floor bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower. We’ll have coffee, tea, orange juice and milk plus bagels in the whimsical breakfast room with trompe l'oeil surrounding you. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on our property, even outside. The Living Room and Library with cable TV is available for you for relaxing. On pleasant days, our patio or porch is available for your enjoyment. We live here, we work here. You'll see us but the house is quite large and sits on 3 acres so you probably won't hear or see us much. We are easily reached right off Rt. 422 and the Moraine Pointe Plaza exit. This is a perfect place to stay for all the events that take place in the area like Jeep Fest, Disc Golf Tournaments, Butler Festivals and Parts-A-Rama. Our two dogs will be here but you’ll seldom see our kitty, she’s shy and stays in the owner's wing or the basement. Mollie is a soft-coated Wheaten Terrier and Alfie is a Bichon Frise so neither sheds and there is no dog fur anywhere. There is a wooden swing set with a fort in the backyard for children. We do have baby equipment, e.g. high chair and portacrib. I do love babies. The house is not toddler proof as our toddlers are all grown up!
