Located at the heart of Allen's Business District, close proximity to land and sea transportation, restaurants, banks/atms. Enjoy our balcony view of the Town Center and Church or relax on our rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean and watch as ferries dock at the ports and the sun sets over nearby islands. The space Enjoy an air conditioned private bedroom that sports two double beds, a desk and wardrobe with a private bathroom. Just outside your room is a private balcony (porch) where you can gaze down at the hustle and bustle of the Town Center. In case of town “brown-outs” (power outages) this property is one of the few in town with a generator! The living room is bright with natural light and has cable TV. The dining area, where breakfast is served daily, has free refreshments. Enjoy 24/7 access to our private rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. Guest access Guests have private keyed access to their bedroom and bathroom. The living room, dining area, balcony and rooftop are also accessible to guests. The first floor is occupied by staff and is NOT accessible to guests. During your stay A host will always be easily accessible to guests and there will be a staff member on site. Other things to note Philippine Breakfast included! We serve fresh, daily baked local bread “Pan de Sal” with eggs and coffee.
