The space Austin is a special place to our family, my wife and I met, got married in Austin, and we decided to write our next Austin chapter by owning our own piece of such an amazing city. We absolutely love our house and hope you will too! The House We spent countless hours furnishing an entirely renovated, but empty house, stressing over every detail. We finished the renovation by installing personalize ACs' in each room, and all new stainless-steel kitchen appliances. Each room has a new memory foam mattress, accompanied with hypo-allergenic comforters, duvet covers, sheets and towels. The living room has two brand new accent chairs, and a SMART TV on the wall capable of watching your favorite streaming options. The couch is a sleeper sofa that can sit up to four, and does convert into a 6" memory foam queen mattress; that was rated as one of the most comfortable sofa beds available. Guest Access The entire house is yours to use, which includes one private spot for parking. Please also enjoy a stocked kitchen with coffee, oil, pots, pans, traditional coffee maker, french press, mixing bowls, baking sheets and much more. The bathroom has has dispensers for body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Room by Room Details - here are additional details of each room in the house and sleeping arrangements. Bedrooms: both bedrooms are identical in terms of what is stocked. Each bedroom is slightly different within the details. - Queen Memory Foam mattress - Closet with Shelving, storage, and hanging space - Dresser for additional storage and shelving space - Nightstands at each side of the bed - Floor length mirror SMART Home: We want guests to feel as safe as possible in our house. - The entire house is wired as a smart home. Each guest will have their own code that will allow them access to the house - The same code will activate and deactivate the security system which is wired to alert authorities incase of emergency Living Room: - JoyBird Sleeper Sofa, seating for 3-4 with 6" Memory Foam sleeper mattress - Two leather accent chairs for additional seating - 40" SMART TV capable of casting your streaming service - Built in AC unit with remote control Kitchen: - Brand new stainless steel appliances, matching fridge, stove, and microwave - Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of storage space, all essential cookware, and two additional barstools at the counter - A fast filter Brita is also in available for use in the fridge Bathroom: - Full bathroom - Shower fully stocked with dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - Several sets of towels There is a washer and dyer in the house but they will only be available to longer term guests, who specially request access.
