We are fully DOT Accredited with beautiful modern 50sqm apartments with king size bed & Egyptian cotton linen, a living room and dining area furnished with a double sofa bed, flat screen cable TV, split air cons and overhead fans. Bathrooms have high pressure hot water rain showers with additional hand held shower attachment. All rooms also have a balcony/terrace with garden & pool views. We are safe & secure with security & CCTV. The space Our newly renovated Resort boasts 8 well-appointed spacious Luxury Studio Suites and 4 King Rooms with Balcony. Kalipay Resort combines contemporary and traditional Filipino architecture and furniture. All rooms have tropical garden and pool views. Our warm and friendly local team have a tradition of excellence in service and are dedicated to your well-being. Our resort has been designed and is operated to create a unique privacy and a truly relaxing experience. We are located midway between the heart of General Luna and the famous Cloud 9 surf break & beach, we are 2 minutes ride from both. Guest access Guests have private access to their apartments and balcony and shared guest access to the garden and pool. Other things to note Our Luxury Studio Suites are located on the ground floor and on the second floor, while all King Rooms are located on the second floor. If you have a floor preference, kindly message us. Although room assignments are not guaranteed and only finalized on the day of arrival, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note that our room rates do not automatically include breakfast as it is an optional add-on at PHP 475 per person per day. It is served at our partner restaurant Happiness, a pleasant 2-minute walk from Kalipay Resort. Guests may choose from an à la carte menu, with each meal including your choice of hot or iced coffee, or a refreshing tropical fruit shake. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available. While we don’t have an in-house restaurant, you’ll be spoiled for choice with several lovely cafés and restaurants only 2 minutes' walk away or 5 minutes by tuk-tuk or motorbike — perfect for exploring local flavors right around the corner.
