The space The ideal place to rest and relax, located in a very quiet area. The Marina is a 5-minute walk away, where you can find a number of bars, restaurants and shops. Meia Praia, 10 minutes (on foot), has an extensive sandy area that stretches for about 5 km between the Marina and the Ria de Alvor. It has accessibility and support for people with reduced mobility, as well as equipment rental for water sports, a windsurfing school, several parking lots, bars and restaurants. Lagos also has several other beaches just 10 minutes (by car) from the apartment. Dona Beach, Camilo Beach and Porto de Mós are other popular beaches that are also worth a visit. The historic city of Lagos is a 20-minute walk away and offers a wide variety of Portuguese and international restaurants, while Lagos' pedestrian center is filled with shops and small bars. During the high and medium season, many attractions are available in Lagos and visitors can listen to live music in the various squares in the city center. Several golf courses and water parks are just a 30-minute drive from the apartment. Guest access In the condominium, guests have access to the apartment and its (exclusive) parking space, the swimming pool and the garden. Other things to note Consumption expenses are included in the stay, such as gas, electricity and water. For longer stays (from 20 days), especially in winter, if the central heating is turned on, customers will be charged later for the gas consumption for that period, by registering the meter on entry and exit.
