Located on a hill with a great view of the Gulf of Ajaccio in a private, closed and quiet residence (6 houses). Minimum rental for 1 fortnight. The space The villa with an area of approx. 160 m² includes: * A parking lot to park several cars with personal gate (a common gate at the bottom of the residence plus the house gate) * A large terrace with summer dining room, teak sideboard with electric plancha for 10 people - on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen open to the living room dining room, all overlooking a large terrace with sea view, two bedrooms and a bathroom + shower with toilet, - upstairs: two bedrooms with shower room, one with terrace, and an independent toilet. In total, 8 beds: 3 beds of 160 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm. Each bedroom has its own flat screen, individual heating/air conditioning. Built in 2006 - recent and contemporary furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, classic coffee machine in addition, ice maker, blender, plancha, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric whisk, etc.) A second fridge is available in the garage (large capacity) In the garage, you will also find a recent washing machine for 15 kg of laundry and a dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. You can also enjoy the Corsican sun to dry your laundry outside (access through the garage service door). We have a terrace and swimming pool, a contemporary outdoor lounge and 8 deckchairs.
