Central air-conditioning unit is vented to the bedroom and ensuite for your comfort. Double glazing also ensures your comfort. There is a key lock on the bedroom door for your security. The renovations in the bathroom are not completed but it is functional. This is my bedroom which I am vacating for your use, so my personal belongings are in the wardrobes. Unlimited fast fibre WiFi. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilse the shared kitchen, dining room, lounge and huge back yard, orchard, Bar B Que and entertainment area. You will be provided with a remote control for the electric security gate to gain access to the property. $100 charge for lost or damaged remotes. This provides secure off street parking. Your own personal code will be programmed into the electronic locks on both the front and back doors. During your stay I provide my guests with complete privacy but am contactable if assistance is required. Other things to note There are stairs to enter the house and stairs inside the house.
