Ao Nang 1-Bedroom En Suite apartment

The apartment hotel with the roof-top swimming pool is conveniently located close to the centre of Ao Nang. While placed in a quiet street out of reach of the night life noises, it's only 0.9 km away from the nearby convenience stores, cafes and restaurants and 1.3 km away from the Ao Nang Landmark night market. The Ao Nang beach is only 1.5 km away. It's where all boat tours to paradise islands start from. The space Enjoy the relaxing stay in a En Suite with a living area of 32 sq. m. The room has a TV/living space combined with a small kitchenette, a separate sleeping space with a king-size bed, and a bathroom. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the roof-top swimming pool and the gym. A kitchenette is fitted out with a dinner table, sink, fridge, microwave, and an electric kettle. Also available is the outdoor laundromat at an extra charge. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, please check your Airbnb chat for a message containing useful information about transportation options and the check-in procedure. The swimming pool and gym operating hours are 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM. Please rest assured that my intention with this message is not to discourage you from booking 🙂 I simply feel it is my responsibility to share all important details about the property, especially those that may affect your ability to fully enjoy your stay in Ao Nang. The complex is located 1.5 km from the beach, about 1 km from the nearest cafés and restaurants, and around 500 m from the nearest 7/11. There are no sidewalks or public transportation in this area. For comfortable mobility, you will need to use Grab or rent a scooter. The complex is not new. It was built in 2018, and naturally both the building and the apartments show signs of normal wear and tear. In the room, you may notice scuffs on various surfaces, traces of sealant or construction adhesive, and general signs of aging such as fading or discoloration on plastic or chrome elements. Please also be aware that the quality of finishing, repairs, and materials may differ from what you are used to in your home country. You may see traces of sealant or glue on furniture, textiles, walls, or floors. Some bed linen and towels may not appear perfectly white due to regular use of disinfecting detergents and the effects of hard water. That said, you can be confident that all surfaces are cleaned according to hygiene standards, and our housekeeping team strictly follows the required procedures. Laundry for linens and towels is handled by a professional contractor, and everything is replaced before each check-in and during scheduled cleanings. If you have any concerns regarding cleanliness, please contact the reception team. They will be happy to arrange an additional cleaning or replace supplies for you. Since we are located close to the equator, it is always hot here. Because of this, the air conditioners often operate at maximum capacity, and the noise they produce may be noticeable. Please also keep in mind that I cannot update the Airbnb photos after every checkout. Some details in the room may differ slightly from what you see in the listing, although I try to update the photos at least once a year. Please note that the apartment is NOT equipped with a cooktop or other kitchen appliances. Only a microwave is available for warming up food. We provide one key card per apartment. The Front Desk staff is available at all times to help you or your family/friends access the apartment if needed. An extra key can be requested at the Front Desk for an additional charge of approximately 300 THB per key per night. The exact price may vary and should be confirmed directly at the Front Desk. Please also be aware that the Internet connection is shared by several apartments. The speed may vary depending on the number of devices connected at the same time. If stable, uninterrupted Internet is essential for you, we recommend purchasing a Thai 5G SIM card at 7/11. The TV is not a smart TV. The Managing Company of the condominium requires a refundable deposit of 1,000 THB upon check-in. The deposit must be paid in cash. Airbnb AirCover does not replace this deposit, as AirCover does not cover facilities owned or managed by the building’s Managing Company, such as the swimming pool, elevators, lobbies, gym, communication systems, and other shared areas. This deposit is mandatory for all guests without exception, so please take this into consideration when making your reservation. IMPORTANT: When you make a booking, only the room type is guaranteed. A specific view, floor, or room layout cannot be allocated in advance and will be assigned upon check-in, subject to availability. You may request a specific view or floor at the Front Desk. This will be considered an upgrade request, which is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. This is a simple, budget-friendly accommodation that provides only essential amenities. It is not designed for special events or celebrations. If you are looking for a place suitable for memorable occasions such as a wedding, honeymoon, or anniversary, you may want to consider a more upscale option.
