The space The main building consists of a ground floor at street level (all on the same floor) where we find 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with 1 en suite bathroom and safe), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and 1 living room and kitchen. Alarm. On the lower floor we find 1 bedroom with dressing room and 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 bedroom/living room with 1 en-suite bathroom (industrial style). The property has 1 guest apartment (industrial style) with 1 en-suite bathroom and study/work area. We have a separate building as a laundry room in which the boiler, iron room, washer and dryer are installed. At the main entrance stands out the beautiful hallway made in its entirety of wood with Italian red travertine marble floor and a generous, unique and beautiful wooden door with seamless lead fittings and silk-screened Malagaan crystals. Tall wooden ceilings, USB chargers on the walls , handmade hydraulic tiles in kitchen and bathrooms, airtight hardwood windows (European model with Climalit) with double closure rubber and unique Italian design cranks, it has been installed 3 types of heating – natural gas (radiators) in all rooms – cold/heat air conditioning installation (Airzone) through ducts in bedrooms and bathrooms and industrial type in living and kitchen – spacious, beautiful and exclusive foundry fireplace in living room and kitchen. In the bedrooms, distributor and living room the floors are of authentic natural oak wood, pulido and oiled by hand, the master bedroom (22 m2) with en-suite bath and floors microcement walls, American sink and Bossini faucet, matching design toilet and wall recessed with Portuguese tile shower. The main bathroom that serves the rest of the bedrooms, has hydraulic tile floors, shower with Mauritania stone (not splash), sinks and faucets embedded in an Isabelino furniture and wall respectively. In the ground floor and guest apartment, we have the polished concrete floors, walls and columns with antique bricks, industrial type air conditioning and study/work area. The entire garden is on the same level, we find a water-green saltwater pool with an edge of chinese canteados and wooden deck on one of its sides, in addition to having a magnificent south orientation that keeps it all day sunny…A LUXURY!!! UNIQUE and EXCLUSIVE!!! All rooms have Wi-Fi and cable internet. Control the temperature independently in each room, smoke detectors....
