Located in the charming district of Graça, next to Mouraria, this stylish one/two-bedroom apartment is set on the first floor of a fully renovated building. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area with a beautiful view and balcony over a park, a cosy bedroom, and an extra room with a sofa and TV. For stays over 20 days, a rental contract must be signed and submitted to the Portuguese Tax Authority (Autoridade Tributária). The space The small terrace with exceptional view on the park, on the miradouro Senhora do Monte and the Castelo São Jorge make this amazing apartment the perfect home-away-from home. My wife and I were dreaming of a beautiful nest in the old historic part of Lisbon. When appeared the possibility of this apartment in Graça, we knew we had found the pearl we were looking for. As world travelers, we reorganized the inner space to our liking, furnished the apartment with furniture and objects that delight the eyes, and then we knew we had a home in the magical city. The location is unique, a short distance on foot from the famed and crowded Alfama, the peace prevalent in the atmosphere is that of a village hidden in the capital. Nearby, local life is fully alive as in ancient days, tiny restaurants serving delicious food, bakery baking traditional bread in a wood oven, and grocery shops selling local produce and all the basic necessities. If you want fancy bars, trendy cafes and restaurants, you will find them all around, or you can walk to Alfama or to Barrio Alto, or take the famous tram 28 for an enchanting tour of old Lisbon. What more can one dream of to spend inspiring time in this unique city? A companion to enjoy this treasure, eventually your children safely playing in the adjoining park, and time to discover the hidden treasures awaiting each of your steps. And when coming back to rest, the whole atmosphere of the home takes you into a quiet restful mode, enjoying the balcony and the amazing view offered to the eyes, delighting in the eastern way on the cushions of the living room or retiring in the cosy bedroom, the experience is of beauty and peace. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Check-in time is from 15:00 until 20:00. Late check-ins have an additional cost, to be paid in cash, upon arrival: From 8pm - 10pm additional cost of €20.00 From 10pm - 11pm : additional cost of €30.00 From 11pm-12pm: additional cost of €40.00 After 12pm: 50.00€ Late and Early check-in fees are paid in cash on arrival. At the check-in we will ask for your identification document. Short term rentals are required to report guest's information to Borders Service (SEF) - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.
