The building is subject to a regulation that prohibits gas installations, so everything in the apartment operates solely on electricity, including heating and the hot water tank. Heating is provided by an AC unit and a portable heater. The availability of hot water is dependent on the capacity of the tank. It needs to be used wisely, otherwise you may run out of water and have to wait for the water tank to heat up again, which can take some time. Please note that Items such as toilet paper, laundry detergent pods, soap, shampoo, are provided as a one-time supply. Should these items be used up during the stay, guests are responsible for replenishing them at their own expense. Private parking is not available.
