Amenities available: Swimming pool Play room with billiards and foosball Yoga room On-call cleaning service available at 2,500 • The unit has a STRICT MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 4 PAX ONLY regardless of age. • No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. The number of people inside the unit must never exceed the number of guests included in the reservation. • Quiet Hours 9pm-7am. • No shoes inside, shoe cabinet provided. • Guests are encouraged to conserve energy and water. • Air conditioner must be turned off when guests are not in the unit. • Maximum occupants 4 people, we can provide floor mattress foam upon request. • No day guests are allowed. Only confirmed guests are authorized and permitted to enter the unit. If there are more than the maximum number of guests brought in, we will automatically request to forfeit security deposit. • Additional guests not declared upon check-in will be charged P1,000 per night. • Please provide complete names of all members of your group. Only those included in the reservation may enter the unit. Anyone entering the unit is counted as a guest. We need to register the name of each guest as a safety measure of the building. • NO SMOKING in ALL parts of condo including bathroom. Penalty of AT LEAST 50% of your booking fee. • Cooking is allowed inside the unit except cooking strong odor dried fish. • All used glassware and cookware must be washed and returned to their original storage. We appreciate your help in keeping the unit tidy after use. • Damages/Losses to the unit are subject to charges. • Towels, bed sheets, and pillow cases are for regular use and not for any other purpose. If the said items are returned to us stained beyond normal use with either blood, grease/oil, soil, makeup, and other unusual substances, the guest shall be charged P800 per piece. • Damage to furniture during your stay must be reported to us immediately. • Loss of key is subject to replacement fee of P2000. This includes purchase and replacement of locks + creation of new sets of key duplicates. • Our service is for check-in and check-out only. Any special requests by guests that require our visit to the unit outside these times such as cleaning, getting locked out, or other untoward incident brought about by guests are subject to our availability and possible charges starting at P600 per visit. • Use of building amenities such as the swimming pool is subject to compliance to building rules and regulations. Non-compliance and damage to building amenities are subject to payment of penalties + repair charges that the building will charge to the unit owner. • Treat our unit as your own, garbage bin and replacement garbage bags are available under the kitchen sink. Full garbage bags can be disposed at the rear drop off area at the ground floor. Guest access access to shared pool until 10 pm. Pool closed every Monday.
