It’s bright, spacious, airy with an awesome skylight plus all modern comforts. 2 bedrooms with queen beds & shared bathroom with full amenities. Newly renovated spacious kitchen with new appliances & bathroom suite to delight your staycation. Beautiful foreshore, trendy cafes, shops, Victoria Park library, supermarkets , Optus Stadium are only 5 mins drive away. TAFE South Metropolitan & the train stations are within walking distance. Curtin University is also a short 10 mins drive away. Guest access *You will have access to the entire house. Please note that our bedroom is for 1 Single/1 Couple. If you are a party of 2 Singles/1 Couple but require 2 separate bedrooms, please book as 3 guests or the extra bedroom will be locked. *We have a back garden with outdoor dining set but it’s shared with our pet bees. Do not venture out to where we keep our bees unless you are accompanied by us. If you are interested in the wonderous bees & wish to know what an important role bees & pollination does to our agriculture, we would be delighted to share with you our knowledge. Other things to note *Sorry no street shoes, smoking inside the house please. Strictly no parties, group gatherings or pets on premise. No loud music as it’s a residential area. *We provide complimentary starter kits such as toilet rolls, soap & hand wash, shampoo & conditioner, bath gels, tea/ coffee, sugar, cooking oil, pepper & salt, dish washing liquid, tea towels & scourer.
