House 198 m2 pool quiet land (no pets)

This is our main residence where 2 adults and 5 children are in a real nest of happiness. You have 5 bedrooms at your disposal out of 6 and a private enclosed space of 2500 m2. A large living room of almost 50 m2 will ensure you have a good time with family or friends. 20 minutes from Périgueux and 1 hour from Limoges, we also invite you to visit Brantome, Les Eysies, Montignac, etc. As long as you are in our beautiful region, be especially gourmet!!! Please note, there is a loft bed. Pets are not allowed. The space We leave everything available to you in our house. The rather large and comfortable living room of almost 50 m2 will allow you to eat, up to 14 guests can enter. A master bedroom is available for your use, about 18 m2, but PLEASE NOTE our clothes remain in place (so you do NOT have cupboards or wardrobe at your disposal). The corridors light up with a convenient automatic detection when you get up at night and you don't know the house, no need to look for the buttons everywhere. 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and is 18 m2, another with a loft bed rather intended for children plus a sofa bed and the other a 140 cm bed. We have 6 bedrooms in total but one remains closed because it is a baby room (if you have a baby with you we can arrange it). The last bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed and a treadmill about 11 m2. Two bathrooms are at your disposal, one with a balneotherapy and chromotherapy bathtub for 3 people. Our house also gives you the joy of enjoying a great salt pool (covered and highly secure). A private enclosed garden of 2500 m2 with a superb playground will allow your children to flourish, as well as a trampoline. All outdoor furniture is also available to guests (garden table, garden furniture, deckchair, swing, real holidays). My mom lives on the property in a wooden chalet and will therefore be at your disposal for any questions or problems. She can also offer a housekeeping service if you wish (change of linen, laundry, intermediate cleaning of the house, etc.) To be discussed together. You can also visit a snail farm, a dairy farm and a goat farm 1 km from the house... while you are here also visit the Padirac chasm, the Proumeyssac chasm, Brantome with its famous glass blower 25 km from the house, Les Eyzies, Montignac and the Lascaux cave 1 hour from the house, Le Bugue with its aquarium and the village of Bournat 1 hour from the house also, Rocamadour is 2 hours from the house but worth the detour... the Dordogne valley is simply a marvel, the tourist office is in Thiviers, ask for information
