Apartment With a Garden, Close to Carcavelos Beach

Apartment renovated located 100 meters from the Beach of Carcavelos and with a Private Garden. Located 7km from Cascais, 15km from Lisboa, easy access to the train station of Carcavelos (Lisbon-Cascais). The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beaches ! Since we have a Garden, the gardener usually does its maintenance once per week and it is not required for him to enter the inside of the apartment. The space *The building structure has quite a few years therefore noise from neighbors may be a reality. *Also, starting on the 17th December, bathroom of the upstairs apartment will be remodeled. Expect to last 2 or 3 weeks to finish the works. The apartment consists of: - Bedroom with a wardrobe, two single beds (90cmx200cm) and bedside tables; - Bedroom with one single bed (90cmx200cm) and a bedside table; - Living room with sofa, TV and dining table; - Kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, hand blender, juicer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen utilities; - Washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack. Guest access - To comply with Portuguese legislation, you will be asked for personal data so that we can submit it to the SEF. Without this information, it is not possible to check in to the apartment. - Respect the neighborhood by avoiding noise after 10pm. - Do not use the washing machine between 9 pm and 9 am. - Check-in from 16:00. Possibility of changing schedules if possible. - Check-out until 11:00. - You must leave the house in the condition in which you received it and at check-out leave the keys on the dining table. Other things to note As we have a Garden, Wildlife coming from Outside to Inside the Apartment might be a Reality, namely insects. The gardener usually does its maintenance once per week and it is not required for him to enter the inside of the apartment. Cascais City Hall collects from Hosts a "Turistic Fee" of 4€ per person per night until 7 nights. Therefore you will be asked on the check-in for the total amount in cash. Be prepared.
